David Grieve

Chairman / CEO

David founded A&C Ventures in 1992 and is also the manager of Diversified Restaurant Group which was formed in 2016.

With an expertise in structuring sale-leaseback transactions, David has invested in and developed commercial real estate for over three decades.

He manages a diverse portfolio of nearly 200 retail properties and development investments across 35 states in the US while also overseeing our hospitality business which currently includes the operations of 190 Taco Bell restaurants.

David supports numerous local and national charities including the Congressional Sportsman’s Foundation, Sonoma Valley Hospital, the Taco Bell Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club.
David earned a BA in Business Administration (Emphasis in Real Estate) from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and is a board member of Ducks Unlimited.

SG Ellison

President

SG formed First Street Development in 2013 with ACV and CFT. In 2016, he took on the role of President of A&C Ventures, working in lockstep with David to manage its day-to-day activities of ACV’s companies.

Having spent the last 18 years in the retail development industry, including the last five in restaurant investment and acquisitions, SG specializes in development, program management, strategic planning and acquisitions.

Throughout his career SG directed development programs for clients such as CVS Pharmacy and JPMorgan Chase while helping develop over 300 properties for several Fortune 500 retailers.

SG holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.

Erich Moxley

COO / Franchisee

Erich leads restaurant business for Diversified Restaurant Group. Previously the Director of Operations for Taco Bell Corporation, Erich led the support team for nearly 1,500 equity, franchise and license restaurants throughout the US.

Management and team development are always top focus for the support team as they ensure guest satisfaction, bottom-line results, and ultimately investor value.

Prior to joining Taco Bell, Erich served in various management and equity positions throughout the QSR and Fast Casual segments with the likes of Panera Bread and Rubio’s Restaurants.

John Hoffman

VP of Business Development

John joined the team in 2013 to focus on the expansion and development of our restaurant portfolio.

John works closely with restaurant brokers, investment bankers, the franchisor community and our investors.

John graduated from Stanford University with an BA in Economics and earned an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
