The best teams deserve the best rewards. In early June, DRG’s top performers traded their restaurant scenes for ocean views during our 2026 Champions’ Club trip at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort.

The week kicked off with a welcome reception overlooking the water followed by dinner together, setting the stage for an unforgettable few days.

Making Memories Together

Throughout the week, participants had the opportunity to experience everything Los Cabos has to offer. Guests explored local flavors during a tasting tour through San José del Cabo; soaked in the scenery on a sunset cruise; and enjoyed free time to relax by the pool, unwind at the resort or make memories with fellow Champions’ Club winners.

This year’s celebration wrapped up with a closing dinner, a time for the team to reflect on an incredible year and look ahead to what’s next.

As one team member shared during the trip: “I feel cared for, appreciated completely … I love it!”

Those words capture exactly what Champions’ Club is all about: recognizing the people who make DRG successful and showing our appreciation in a meaningful way.
