ABOUT WLN
Founded in 2023, our Women’s Leadership Network is a community of female leaders who support the personal and professional advancement of women at DRG.

WHAT WE DO
Throughout the year, WLN invests in female leaders by offering networking, mentoring and professional development classes and workshops to expand the skill sets and confidence of DRG women.
Quarterly Women’s Circle webinars feature conversations with industry leaders that provide additional opportunity and growth for WLN members.
ANNUAL WLN WORKSHOP
The highest-attended and most anticipated WLN event is our annual workshop, which caps off the year at DRG headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. Guests include women leaders from all departments and select high-performing General Managers. Over two days, attendees participate in table discussions, community initiatives and create strategic growth playbooks for the year ahead.
