Earlier this month, we gathered together in Las Vegas, NV for our annual Leadership Summit. Affectionately nicknamed “Summit,” this companywide gathering brings together restaurant leaders and above for a special, high-energy celebration.
Summit is where we connect with one another and set the pace for the road ahead — but it’s also where we take the time to recognize the previous year’s achievements. One of the ways we do so is by giving out Core Value Awards at a special ceremony. The event is dedicated to honoring DRG leaders who represent our key principles in action — and with just three winners per core value, it’s a very prestigious distinction!
