DRG: What motivates you to come to work everyday?

Mario: Shredded quesadilla melt. It’s the best.

It’s been nearly 7 months since we first learned of COVID-19 and started shifting the way we do business to keep team members and guests safe. Since then, our team members have not only managed change on a personal level, but also drastic change on a professional level. And it doesn’t goes unnoticed.

As a way to help every employee through this challenging time, we’ve delivered two rounds of Heroes Bonus Checks to every. single. employee. And we’re proud to share that last week, in correspondence with Labor Day, we distributed a third round of Heroes Bonus Checks.

Thanks to our team members for ALL that you do. We look forward to watching our Taco Bell and Arby’s employees climb our career ladder, even during challenging times.
