- General Managers have the potential to earn 33% of their base + overtime pay every quarter,
- Area Coaches can earn 25% of what their direct-reporting managers earn. That means every Area Coach has a financial reason to help their managers succeed.
- Directors are paid bonus on both a quarterly and annual basis.

Live Más Scholarships
If you’re a Taco Bell team member between the ages of 16 and 24, you may be eligible for a Live Más Scholarship. Funded by the Taco Bell Foundation, Live Más Scholarships help team members pursue a passion outside of the restaurant through higher education. In 2019, Taco Bell awarded $4.6 million in scholarships to deserving applications across the nation, and new recipients will be announced in May 2020.

Tuition Support
Through a partnership with Guild, we’re able to give Taco Bell employees access to up to $5,250 annually in tuition discounts and assistance. With our help, team members can achieve affordable education all while balancing work and family life.
Through Guild you can:
- Get assistance at a wide variety of universities with degrees and programs ranging from associates degrees to master’s degrees.
- Earn up to $5,250 in tuition assistance every year, with financial and budget advising including assistance with federal funding, loans and more.
- Work with admissions advisors to help you navigate the application process.
