Every Arby’s General Manager has the opportunity to supplement their salary with a bonus. To earn the bonus, managers need to focus on three categories: sales, profit and guest metrics.

- Sales: General Managers need to show that they’re working on growing the business and demonstrate progress with sales growth year over year.
- Profit: General Managers need to grow the bottom line by focusing on EBITDA improvement and growth year over year.
- Guest metrics: These measures include focusing on drive thru service and speed, earning positive guest feedback, and receiving a Triple ACE brand audit score.
Tuition Reimbursement
Discover Arby’s corporate learning program, where Arby’s employees have access to tuition assistance through Bellevue University. Through this new partnership, full time managers can receive up to $6,000 per year, non-management team members can receive up to $5,250 per year, and family members can receive up to $2,500 per year.
