Shuttles will be provided to and from the airport and group outings. All other transportation is on your own. Taxis are available at the hotel; Uber is NOT recommended.
Airport
It is advised to arrive at the airport three hours early for international travel.
Hotel
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. For those arriving before then, it will be warm when you arrive. Either dress in layers or have lightweight clothing easily accessible in your luggage. You may change clothes at the hotel if you wish. All hotel amenities are available to you upon your arrival, should you wish to have lunch and/or sit by the pool prior to your room being ready.
Resort Attire: CASUAL
ATM USE
ATMs in Mexico can be finicky and often run out of money. We suggest bringing cash or using a credit or debit card. The U.S. dollar is widely accepted.

You may need to notify your credit card company that you will be traveling internationally.
Cell Phone USE
Should you wish to use your phone while traveling, it may be necessary to set up a temporary international plan with your provider.
Group Chat SESSIONS
SG Ellison, President & CEO, will conduct group chats on Wednesday morning. These are short, informal discussions about the business and what is happening in your market.
Free Time
Hotel concierge is available to help with scheduling other activities, spa services and dining reservations!
Daily breakfast, group dinners and your excursion lunch will be provided. You and your guest each have an allowance of $400 to use at the hotel, billable to your room. Anything in excess of $400 per person, or outside hotel grounds, is your responsibility. Unused amounts will not be credited.
Weather
Check the forecast, as it can change frequently. Expect it to be warm and sunny. You may need light layers in the evenings.

Getting Ready:
- Don’t miss your flight! Arrive at the airport THREE hours ahead of time. Remember: If checking a bag, allow for extra time.

Luxury Sailing Tour
Cruise past Land’s End Arch, Lovers’ Beach and the bustling sea lion colony. After the anchor drops in a protected cove, guests may sunbathe, snorkel and paddle board. Hors d’oeuvres and lunch will be served, accompanied by an open bar.
Details:
- Meet in front of the hotel at 8:50 am for 9 am pickup
- Tour begins at 10 am
- Return to hotel at approximately 3 pm
- What to wear: shorts, swimsuit, dress; Bring sunscreen! (shoes must be removed upon boarding the boat)
- What to bring: Towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, phone or camera, and a face mask (for the bus, just in case)
- Expectant mothers may not participate in this tour.
Tour duration: 4 hours
OUTDOOR ZIP LINE ADVENTURE
Enjoy true adventure in the Boca de la Sierra Natural Reserve, where you’ll zip line over canyons, rappel down canyon walls, cross the commando bridge and swing over the canyon on a “pendulum.” Finish up with UTV off roading and lunch! Participants should be in good physical shape and be able to walk uphill for 30 minutes and climb a 20-foot ladder.

- Meet in front of the hotel at 7:45 am for 7:50 am pickup
- Tour begins at 10 am
- Return to hotel at approximately 3 pm
- What to wear: shorts or jeans, tennis shoes; No flip flops, dresses or skirts. Lockers are provided for personal items.
- Bring your driver’s license if you wish to drive the UTV
- Bring a face mask (for the bus, just in case)
- Expectant mothers and persons with back, neck, heart, balance or dizziness conditions may not participate in this tour.

Taste & Wander Walking Tour
Learn about beautiful downtown San José del Cabo, while discovering small family-owned eateries and tasting culinary specialties from the area.
