All inclusive and adults only. With your all-inclusive package, you’ll have access to a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as a wide range of activities and classes, from wine and tequila tasting to water aerobics and yoga. In addition to the dining and bar options onsite, you’ll have access to all the restaurants at the three nearby Pueblo Bonito sister resorts, which vary from casual beach and poolside options to fine dining.

About the Resort

Hotel Check-in

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. It will be warm when you arrive. Either dress in layers or have lightweight clothing easily accessible in your luggage. You may change clothes at the hotel if you wish. All hotel amenities are available to you upon your arrival, should you wish to have lunch and/or sit by the pool prior to your room being ready.

Guest Perks

All guests receive a $60 per room massage credit (50 min.) and 20% off tee times at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Quivira Golf Club. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from the golf club. Spa services and golf tee times may be booked with the hotel concierge.

Transportation

Shuttles will be provided to and from the airport, and scheduled group outings.
Free shuttles are available between Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and Pueblo Bonito Sunset; and between Pueblo Bonito Sunset and Pueblo Bonito Rosé. See the front desk or hotel concierge about shuttle times and pickup locations.
If you plan to otherwise venture off property, please note that only taxis are permitted to pick up from the hotel – Uber is not; however, either a taxi or an Uber can bring you back to the hotel. The bell desk can assist you with calling a taxi.

Beach

Although the beach in front of the hotel is lovely to look at, it is not swimmable, due to exceptionally strong currents along the shoreline. The beach in front of Pueblo Bonito Rosé and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, as well as Medano beach, are all perfect for swimming and easy to get to.

Resort Notes

Spa services, the gift shop and Starbucks are not covered under the all-inclusive plan.
Some restaurants charge a small surcharge for certain menu items or the restaurant itself – this amount is the guest’s responsibility.
Any charges made to the room which don’t fall under the all-inclusive plan will be the guests’ responsibility.
Reservations are recommended for many of the restaurants. Dining reservations may be made during or ahead of your stay with the hotel concierge.

ATMs in Mexico can be finicky and often run out of money. It’s suggested to bring cash (the US dollar is widely accepted) or using your credit/debit card. You may also order pesos in advance from your bank or buy them in Mexico.
