Details

Below is what each position can earn in bonuses over the course of a year:

  • Shift Managers = Nearly $2,000, Assistant Managers and General Managers = $7,800
  • Area Coaches = $12,800, Sr. Area Coaches = $17,600
  • General Managers and Area Coaches have quarterly profit-sharing bonuses with no cap.
  • For California employees, the bonus is calculated based on the % of gross wages per period. GMs and AMs can earn up to 12%.

Live Más Scholarships

If you’re a Taco Bell team member between the ages of 16 and 24, you may be eligible for a Live Más Scholarship. Funded by the Taco Bell Foundation, Live Más Scholarships help team members pursue a passion outside of the restaurant through higher education. This year, the Taco Bell Foundation awarded $2,250,000 in Live Más Scholarships to 218 Taco Bell Team Members across the country.
