During the DRG Leadership Team Summit last month, leaders took a break in the action to build bikes for children in need, but with a twist: Summit attendees were divided into teams and tied at the ankle and wrist. With a little team work (and elbow grease) they had to build and ride the bikes prior to delivering them to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada.
